Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At <FLYmode/FLYwear/FLYverse/FLYnova/FLYnity/FLYborn/FLYnation>, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 07 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or without tags will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include:
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
2. Return Process
- Email us at support@FLYXYZ.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable (except for damaged or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size or color (if stock is available). However, shipping cost to be paid by the customer.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
