Delivery Information

At <FLYmode/FLYwear/FLYverse/FLYnova/FLYnity/FLYborn/FLYnation> we work hard to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely — no matter where you are in Pakistan.

1. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Other Areas / Remote Locations: Delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on courier service coverage.

Note: Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 200 – 300 (based on location and weight).
  • Free Delivery: On all orders above PKR 5,000.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number to follow its status.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery delays.
  • Courier staff will collect the total order amount at the time of delivery.

5. Prepaid Orders

  • You can also pay securely online via Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your parcel using the tracking number sent to you by SMS or email, or by visiting our “Track Order” page.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or no response, the package may be returned to us. Customers may need to pay re-delivery charges for reshipping.

8. International Delivery (Optional)

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
